SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver orders within Lithuania only.
We use trusted delivery partners, including DPD, LP EXPRESS and Smartpost. Available delivery options and shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times

In-stock items: Dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days.

EU supplier stock: Some products and product options are sourced from our EU supply partners. Estimated delivery is typically 4–9 working days, depending on the product and supplier.

Special-order items: Certain products may have longer delivery times. The estimated delivery time will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
Please check the product description for the estimated delivery time before ordering.
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate deliveries, particularly when some items are shipped directly from one of our supply partners.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the selected delivery method.
Some products may include free delivery, where stated on the product page.
VAT & Customs
All orders are currently delivered within Lithuania, so customers will not be charged import customs duties on delivery.
Prices displayed on our website are the final prices payable by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Your Right to Withdraw
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@vanlifecrafters.com within the 14-day period.
Returning an Item
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a shop.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Where possible, please return products with their original packaging and included accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund:

The cost of the returned item(s)

The cost of our standard delivery option, where applicable
Additional delivery charges resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vanlifecrafters.com, preferably with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, refund or other solution in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
Exclusions
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed

Other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law
Where a product is not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
